Why kempen units
Steel Construction
We use a custom made steel construction, the construction is fully welded and coated 3 times in the chosen RAL color.
In addition, the construction is iron strong, this eliminates the need to pour a full foundation but only support the unit at 6 points.
INSULATED WALLS
We use walls with a polystyrene or polyurethane core.
The walls are always white on the inside and silver gray or anthracite on the outside.
LUXURY EXTERIOR FINISHING
You can choose to finish your unit with wood or cassette siding.
Drywall finishing
The ultimate luxury?
Finish your unit with drywall, giving your unit's interior walls and ceiling the ultimate luxurious look and feel.
DIMENSIONS
We build units from 2.5m and 3.0m wide and from 3.0m to 8.0m long.
All our units are linkable to form a much larger unit.
You can even stack 2 units high.

We work with standard and luxury finishes, so there is a residential unit available for every budget.
