At Kempen-Units, we understand that each client has unique needs and desires for their space. We recently completed a project for Sandra, who was looking for a place to pursue her passion. This project demonstrates how we at Kempen-Units offer flexibility and customization so that our clients can give free rein to their creativity.
Creating space, overcoming obstacles, realizing dreams.
Sandra wanted a space where she could pursue her passion and had specific requirements for the furnishings.
We provided a shell unit, giving Sandra complete freedom to furnish the space to her own taste and needs.
This approach allowed her to completely customize not only the paint, but also the interior doors, kitchenette and toilet.
To make the decorating process as easy as possible for Sandra, we prepared all the mains lines.
This made it easy and fast for her to continue building her ideal space.
With this preliminary work, Sandra did not have to worry about the technical aspects and was able to fully focus on creating an environment that reflects her passion.
