At Kempen-Units, we strive to meet the unique needs of our customers, regardless of the challenges involved. Recently, we had the pleasure of delivering a custom unit to Robin. This project perfectly illustrates how, at Kempen-Units, we never shy away from any challenge to completely unburden our clients.
Creating space, overcoming obstacles, realizing dreams.
Robin had a specific requirement: a custom-built unit to be placed 60 feet deep in her yard. Access to this location was anything but easy.
Placing the unit required meticulous planning and the necessary permits to arrange temporary street closures.
To get the unit to the right location, we had to organize several detour and ensure that all logistical hurdles were overcome.
Our commitment to unburdening Robin meant that we at Kempen-Unit took care of everything.
From applying for the necessary permits to coordinating detour and street closures.
This allowed Robin to focus on the fun aspects of her new unit, while we took care of the operational challenges.
The unit itself was equipped with an exclusive sliding window, which can slide in and out and be opened to the left or right.
This window offers not only a beautiful view, but also great flexibility in use.
We also installed a custom-made 3×6 meter wooden terrace, supported by screw piles as foundations.
This terrace perfectly complements the unit, allowing Robin to fully enjoy her garden.
