For our client, Pauwel, Kempen-Units was the ultimate solution to his housing problem. With a blended family and a house that had become just a little too cramped, Pauwel was looking for a quick and practical solution without the hassle of a traditional remodeling. Kempen-Units offered an innovative solution. Pauwel found himself in a challenging situation. As the head of a blended family, he needed additional space, but could not afford the hours and expense of a traditional remodeling. Kempen-Units provided the perfect solution by adding two additional bedrooms and bathrooms in the yard as an extension of his current home.

However, the complex location of Pauwels house in a residential area brought an additional challenge.
To get the units in place, Kempen-Units had to use a heavy crane to lift them over the existing building.
This required precision and craftsmanship, but Kempen-Units managed to get the units in place despite the challenges.
